By establishing him in your heart you should think that all acts are being performed by universal being only.

Translation:
O God! Inspire my mind towards positive things only. Let there be peace! Let there be peace! Let there be peace! Let there be peace everywhere! Let good things happen to everyone. Best wishes to all good people and beings across four oceans!

......... pravaranvita ........ gōtrōtpannaha rugvēdasya ashvalāyana sūtra shākalya shākhādhyāyī .......... sharmāham ahambo abhivāndayē ||
Purport:
By reciting ones pravara, which is nothing but lineage to which one belongs, one should pray to God and other elders in the vicinity. It is also a way to thank ancestors for giving opportunity to be born in this world.

Translation:
By remembering and chanting whose name the defects in practice of sandhyavandana gets removed, I remember such Achuta.
O lord of Rama, pardon the defects due to incorrect mantra, or incorrect practice or lack of bhakti. Let them become complete with your grace.
Whatever acts I do with body, speech, mind, senses, knowledge, and my innate nature, I offer it to lord Nārāyana.
Thus twilight prayer comes to an end. I offer it to lord Krishna the all attractive being.
Purport:
The twilight prayer comes to an end by remembering god again and seeking his pardon for any unknown defects in twilight prayer. Then all the activities are offered to God.
